WEWELDING601H使用提示:
1、保持短弧,維持最大層間溫度為200℃。
2、推薦細(xì)長的疊珠焊縫,清除焊層間的焊渣。
3、斜切厚壁截面,形成75度的V型坡口。通常不推薦預(yù)熱。

WEWELDING601H?Hints
1.Maintain a short arc length and maintain a maximum interpass temperature of 200℃
2.Stringer bead is recommended. Remove slag between passes.
3.Bevel heavy sections to form a 75oV-groove.Preheat is normally not recommended.
4.CrNi based heat and scale resistant filler materials are not designed to withstand high temperature, sulfur containing fumes. For this reason, the final layer should be welded using a ferritical-chrome steel filler material. Contact R&D?Industries?for additional information.
